Payment Methods:
We accept payments through bank deposits and PayPal. Take note: Visa and credit card secure payment options are now available.

Shipping and Delivery
Imported Products:
- Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 20–40 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Shipping Delays: Holistic Harmony Co. is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our control.
- Customs Fees: Customers may be required to settle customs duties and additional charges upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.
- Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the product's source. You will be notified of any extra costs.
Local Products:
- Delivery within South Africa takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Options:
- Standard Shipping: Updated to R150 nationwide.
- PRAGO Delivery Option: Now available at a flat rate of R100 nationwide.
- Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
- Locally sourced products have their own delivery rate, and any products sourced outside of South Africa have an additional delivery rate.
- If you have both local and international products in your cart, both the local delivery fee and the international shipping fee will apply.
- If you spend more than R950, free shipping will apply; however, the standard delivery time remains unchanged.
Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to South Africa may incur import duties, taxes, and customs fees per local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be settled by the customer before delivery will take place.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products) are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our support team at info@holisticharmony.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for returns due to damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges depend on product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for resolution.
